6. Account Registration and Security
6.1 Personal account
Access to Bevlore courses and memberships requires the creation of a personal account.
Each user may maintain only one active account unless Bevlore provides prior written authorization.
Your account is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared with any other person.
6.2 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
Bevlore may suspend access where account information appears false, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent.
6.3 Login credentials
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, except where such activity results directly from a security failure attributable to Bevlore.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@bevlore.com .
6.4 Account sharing
Account sharing is prohibited.
You must not:
- share your login credentials;
- allow another person to access your account;
- sell, transfer or rent access to your account;
- attempt to access another user’s account;
- use automated systems to create accounts;
- impersonate another person or organization.
Repeated simultaneous access from multiple users, devices, locations or countries may be treated as evidence of account sharing or unauthorized use.
Where misuse is reasonably suspected, Bevlore may:
- log out active sessions;
- request identity verification;
- temporarily suspend the account;
- terminate the account or membership.
7. Memberships and Subscriptions
7.1 Membership access
Bevlore provides access to its paid learning content through recurring memberships.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, individual courses are not available for separate purchase. A membership provides access only to the courses, programmes and resources included in the selected membership level.
The content included in each membership is described on the relevant programme or pricing page at the time of purchase.
7.2 Monthly subscriptions
Bevlore memberships are billed monthly. We currently do not offer annual subscriptions, lifetime memberships or free trials.
Your subscription begins when your payment is successfully processed and continues on a monthly recurring basis until it is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Automatic renewal
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Bevlore and its payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee automatically at the beginning of each new monthly billing period.
Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing your renewal date and managing your subscription through your account.
7.4 Membership levels
Different membership levels may provide access to different courses, programmes, resources, certificates or platform features.
Purchasing one membership level does not automatically provide access to content reserved for another membership level unless this is expressly stated.
Bevlore may introduce, rename, combine, replace or discontinue membership levels in the future. Any material change affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
7.5 No transfer of membership
Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, shared or used by another person.
8. Billing and Payments
8.1 Prices and currency
All membership prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated.
The total price payable will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Any taxes or charges required by applicable law will be shown where applicable.
8.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, an independent third-party payment provider.
Bevlore does not directly store your complete payment card details. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- the billing information you provide is accurate and current;
- you authorize the recurring charges associated with your membership.
8.3 Payment authorization
Access to paid content is subject to successful payment authorization.
Bevlore may delay, suspend or refuse paid access where:
- a payment is declined;
- a payment cannot be verified;
- the payment information appears incorrect or fraudulent;
- a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated;
- an amount remains unpaid.
8.4 Failed recurring payments
If a recurring payment fails, Bevlore or Stripe may attempt to process the payment again.
We may notify you and request that you update your payment information.
Access to paid courses and membership resources may be suspended if payment remains unsuccessful.
Suspension for non-payment does not require Bevlore to preserve uninterrupted access while the payment issue remains unresolved.
8.5 Billing information
You are responsible for keeping your billing information and payment method up to date.
You should contact us promptly if you believe that a payment has been charged incorrectly.
9. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
9.1 Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, it does not end access immediately.
After cancellation, you may continue to access the content included in your membership until the end of the billing period for which payment has already been successfully collected.
At the end of that billing period:
- your paid membership access will end;
- paid courses and restricted resources will be locked;
- you will lose access to downloadable resources that you have not already downloaded;
- any files lawfully downloaded before access ended may remain on your device, subject to the licence and restrictions in these Terms.
9.2 How to cancel
You may cancel using the cancellation function made available through Bevlore or your account area.
Where required by applicable law, Bevlore will provide an identifiable, easily accessible and permanent online cancellation function.
You should complete cancellation before your next renewal date to prevent the following billing period from being charged.
9.3 No partial-period refunds
Except where required by mandatory law, cancelling a membership does not create a right to a full or partial refund for a billing period that has already begun.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partially used billing periods;
- unused course access;
- failure to complete a course;
- failure to cancel before a renewal date;
- dissatisfaction caused solely by a change of mind after the applicable withdrawal right has expired or been validly lost;
- suspension or termination resulting from a material breach of these Terms.
This section does not restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
9.4 Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer protected by French or European Union consumer law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days, without providing a reason.
The existence, duration and exercise of that right depend on the nature of the contract and on the mandatory law applicable to your purchase.
9.5 Immediate access to digital content and services
Bevlore memberships may provide immediate access to digital courses, videos, quizzes, PDFs and other online services after payment.
Where permitted by applicable law, the checkout process may ask you to:
- expressly request that access or contractual performance begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period;
- provide any acknowledgement concerning the consequences for your withdrawal right that applicable law requires.
Any restriction or loss of a statutory withdrawal right will apply only where all legal conditions have been satisfied. The wording of these Terms alone does not remove a mandatory consumer right.
9.6 Exercising a withdrawal right
Where a statutory withdrawal right remains available, you may exercise it by sending an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw to:
Bevlore — Folks & Company
Email: hello@bevlore.com
Your request must clearly identify:
- your full name;
- the email address linked to your account;
- the membership concerned;
- your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may request reasonable information necessary to identify the relevant account and transaction.
9.7 Refunds required by law
Where a refund is required under mandatory consumer law, it will be processed using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Processing times may depend on Stripe, your bank and the payment method used.
9.8 Defective or unavailable digital service
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory legal remedies that may apply where paid digital content or a digital service is not supplied, is materially defective or does not conform to applicable legal requirements.
10. Price Changes
10.1 Changes to membership prices
Bevlore may change its membership prices from time to time.
A new price may apply immediately to new customers and new purchases.
A price increase affecting an existing recurring membership will apply only to a future billing period and will be communicated in advance where required.
10.2 Your choice following a price change
If you do not agree with a price increase affecting your future billing periods, you may cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.
Continuing the membership after the effective date of a properly notified price change constitutes acceptance of the revised price, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
10.3 Promotional prices
Bevlore may offer temporary discounts, promotional prices or special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions are available for a limited time;
- eligibility conditions may apply;
- promotions cannot be combined;
- a promotional price may later renew at the standard price displayed when the offer is accepted;
- promotions do not create a right to receive the same price in the future.
10.4 Errors in displayed prices
We take reasonable steps to display accurate prices.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, Bevlore may correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel or refuse an affected transaction.
If payment has already been collected for a transaction that is validly cancelled because of an obvious pricing error, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
11. Courses and Programme Access
11.1 Access through membership
Bevlore courses are made available through eligible membership programmes.
Unless Bevlore expressly states otherwise, individual courses are not sold separately.
Your membership provides access only to the courses, lessons, quizzes, resources and features included in your selected programme or membership level.
Access begins after:
- your account has been successfully created;
- any required payment has been successfully processed;
- any additional enrolment requirement displayed during registration has been completed.
11.2 Free courses
Certain Level 1 courses or other introductory content may be offered free of charge.
Registration may still be required to access free courses.
Free access does not create a right to permanent availability, continued access to the same content or access to paid membership features.
11.3 Access duration
Paid course access continues only while your applicable membership remains active, except during any remaining access period following a valid cancellation.
When membership access ends, paid courses and restricted resources may become unavailable.
Course progress, quiz results and certificates may remain recorded in your account where technically available and where retention is permitted under our Privacy Policy.
11.4 Programme requirements
Some courses or programme levels may recommend or require prior knowledge, completion of earlier content or achievement of a minimum assessment result.
You are responsible for reviewing the programme description and determining whether the course is appropriate for your level, objectives and professional needs.
11.5 Personal learning responsibility
Course completion depends on your participation, study, assessment results and compliance with the applicable course requirements.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that you will complete a course, pass an assessment, receive a certificate or obtain any professional result.
12. Course Updates and Platform Changes
12.1 Continuous improvement
Bevlore may update its courses and learning platform to maintain, improve or expand the Services.
Updates may include changes to:
- videos and written lessons;
- course titles and descriptions;
- lesson order and programme structure;
- quizzes, assessments and completion requirements;
- PDFs and downloadable resources;
- certificates;
- membership levels and included content;
- platform tools and user interfaces.
12.2 New and revised content
Lessons, courses and resources may be added, revised, replaced or removed over time.
Updated content may replace an earlier version without the earlier version remaining available.
Bevlore is not required to preserve every historical version of a course, quiz, PDF, lesson or certificate format.
12.3 Removal of courses or features
Bevlore may remove or discontinue a course, programme, resource or platform feature where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
- content becoming inaccurate or outdated;
- changes in professional knowledge or teaching standards;
- technical or security requirements;
- licensing or intellectual property restrictions;
- changes to the Bevlore curriculum or business model;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
Where a material change significantly affects an active paid membership, Bevlore will provide information or an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.
12.4 Future services
Bevlore may introduce additional services, including mobile applications, new membership levels, downloadable resources, notifications or learning tools.
Additional conditions may apply to a future service. Those conditions will be presented before the service is used where necessary.
12.5 Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right or remedy relating to the conformity, availability or supply of paid digital content or services.
13. Downloadable Resources
13.1 Authorized downloads
Bevlore may make certain PDFs, worksheets, reference documents or other resources available for download.
A download is permitted only where Bevlore provides an official download function or expressly authorizes the download.
Videos and streaming content may not be downloaded, copied, captured or recorded unless Bevlore expressly provides a download option.
13.2 Personal use only
Downloadable resources are licensed solely for your private, personal and non-commercial educational use.
You may:
- save an authorized resource on your personal device;
- print a reasonable number of copies for your own use;
- use the resource as part of your personal studies.

- include it in another course, publication, database or training programme.
13.3 Access after cancellation
When your membership ends, you will lose access to resources that remain available only through the Bevlore platform.
You may retain files that you lawfully downloaded before your access ended.
Retained files remain subject to these Terms, including all restrictions concerning sharing, reproduction, resale, publication and artificial intelligence use.
13.4 Updates to downloadable resources
Bevlore may update or replace downloadable resources.
We are not required to provide future versions of a resource after your membership has ended.
14. Assignments and User Content
14.1 User submissions
Bevlore may allow you to upload assignments, documents, images, answers or other educational material.
Any material that you submit through the Services is referred to in these Terms as User Content.
14.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of the original User Content that you create.
Uploading User Content does not transfer ownership of that material to Bevlore.
14.3 Licence granted to Bevlore
By uploading User Content, you grant Bevlore a limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to:
- host and store the User Content;
- process and technically reproduce it;
- display it to you and to authorized Bevlore personnel or service providers;
- review it for educational and assessment purposes;
- use it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the Services.
This licence is limited to providing and administering the Services and does not authorize Bevlore to sell your assignments or publish them as marketing material without separate permission.

- you created the User Content or have permission to use it;
- the User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- the User Content is lawful and relevant to the course;

Bevlore is not required to retain User Content indefinitely.
14.7 Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own copy of important assignments and files.
Bevlore does not guarantee that User Content can always be restored following deletion, account closure, technical failure or expiry of a retention period.

Where appropriate, we may request that you replace or correct the relevant information.
15.4 Profile visibility
Profile information is not intended to be publicly visible unless Bevlore expressly introduces a feature that clearly provides otherwise.
The collection, use, storage and deletion of profile information are further described in the Bevlore Privacy Policy.

Bevlore may update assessment questions, scoring methods or completion requirements as part of normal course development.
16.2 Certificates of completion

A Bevlore certificate confirms only that the named user completed the identified Bevlore course or programme under the conditions applicable at that time.
16.3 Non-accredited status
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bevlore certificates are certificates of course completion only.
They are not:
- government-recognized diplomas;
- accredited academic qualifications;
- professional licences;
- regulatory certifications;
- substitutes for qualifications required by an employer, professional body or public authority.
A certificate does not automatically authorize you to practise a regulated profession, serve alcohol, operate a licensed business or perform activities requiring a local permit or qualification.

- submit another person’s work as your own;

You receive only the limited personal licence expressly described in these Terms.
17.3 Bevlore name and branding
The Bevlore name, logo, visual identity and related branding may not be copied, modified, registered, used or presented in a way that suggests authorization, partnership or endorsement without prior written permission.

Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and may not be used outside the Services unless separately authorized.

This does not prohibit reasonable personal study practices that do not involve copying, disclosing, storing or redistributing substantial protected Content through an external service.
19.4 Search engines
Bevlore may permit legitimate search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with its technical instructions.
Such permission does not authorize the extraction of restricted course materials, account information, databases or paid Content.
